At Exertion Fitness you get only the premium service when it comes to 1 on 1 personal training. It is the most private personal training studio in the inner west. At any one time, you and your trainer will only share the studio space with one other trainer and their client. That's right, super private, nothing but the best equipment with some of the most experienced & uniquely educated personal trainers.

Along with the personal service, you will get a customized training plan based on your goals because we believe no two human beings are the same. The information we gather from our thorough consultation with you will allow us to develop the best training program for YOU! It doesn't stop there, we try our best to equip you as much as possible not just inside the gym but also when you're flying solo throughout the rest of your life, from diet to lifestyle advice. Your training program will consist of a combination of strength and conditioning, titrated to your end goal & capacity.

                We cater to all kinds of clients such as clients over 65 years of age, lower back pain to those that are training towards sporting events such as marathons and rugby. Our trainers have a variety of experience as well as in depth education that allows us to understand your capabilities, body systems and ultimately the best training methods for you.

                 We are conveniently located literally across the road from north Strathfield train station plus have a mixture of on and off site parking options making our studio very easy to access.​​
